Your reservation will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreat bookings are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel we will do our best to fill your spot. If we can fill your spot you will get a full refund, if we cannot fill your spot you are welcome to transfer your booking into another name.
In the unlikely circumstance that we cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
In case you cannot travel to Italy due to government policies you will get a 50% refund.
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen situation is to purchase travel insurance, which can protect you in case:
- You cancel your participation in the retreat
- Lose your luggage or personal items
- Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
5. MEDICAL CONCERNS
We advise you to pack the travel essentials, such as any medication you are currently taking, a first aid kit, and sunscreen. We will have essential oils and natural insect repellants in the retreat, so you don’t necessarily need to pack those. We do our best to ensure the safety and health of our guests, however, we hold no responsibility or liability if any medical issue or accident arises during the retreat. We will do our best to support you 24 / 7 throughout your time with us in anything you need.
We strongly recommended you avoid caffeine, alcohol, and sugar before you start your retreat to avoid any adverse detox symptoms that may create discomfort during your time with us.
You acknowledge that during your stay with us you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and are free to decline if you don’t feel comfortable with any of the activity.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact us, and we will be very happy to help you in whatever we can.
6. PAYMENT
You can pay the retreat using paypal, transferwise, credit card, or bank transfer. Please e-mail us if you prefer bank transfer and we will email you our account details.
7. FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS
Travel costs and transfers are not included in the price of the retreat. You must arrange your travel to Damanhur yourself. If booking online please await confirmation from the team before booking your flights. Transfers from the airport/ train station to and from the retreat site are available at an additional cost. Please contact us if you shall need this service. Guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation such as a taxi, instead of arranging transfers with us.
8. ROOM DAMAGES
If you damage your room or anything inside the property, we will automatically deduct the cost of repairing / replacing / redecorating from your registered card or you will be required to transfer this amount to our bank account.
9. HEALTH ISSUES
All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed prior to the start of the retreat.
In case of any doubt please consult a doctor before booking and coming to our retreat.
10. PERSONAL GOODS
We do not hold liability for the loss or damage of your personal goods.
11. USE OF IMAGE
We have the right to use photos and videos in which you are featured and that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with our work, unless you specifically request that we do not use any material in which your image is depicted.
You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage.
12. DATA CONSENT
We will not share your data with third parties. Any information you share with us about you will be kept confidential.
13. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Any and all forward looking statements here or on any of our mental-health training- material are intended to express our opinion of healing & development potential. Many factors will be important in determining your actual results and no guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to ours or anybody else’s. No guarantees are made that you will achieve any results from our ideas and techniques from anything you learn here or from other web locations (YouTube, Facebook, emails, etc) managed by Albert Emanuel Kessler or Ana Coito.
14. REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE COVID-19 MEASURES
Each participant or interested party is fully responsible for his/her own health. No participant or interested party can hold others responsible for his/her health, if he/she feels at risk of contracting the disease, he/she will stay away from the retreat. The association respects the Austrian government’s recommendation just as it respects the right to mask exemption under Section 11(3) of the Epidemic Act. People who have a health impairment due to wearing the mouth-nose protection are excluded from wearing it and cannot be forced to do so by other members or interested parties. Every member also receives training in the natural healing of Covid-19, as well as the many cases of natural immunization through healthy nutrition and strengthening of the natural immune system. The number of participants at the retreat is always within the legal limits of the Association Act.
In case you get infected by Covid-19 before the retreat, and cannot therefore come, we will keep your vacancy for another retreat with us.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you state that you wish to participate in the retreat in Damanhur provided by Ana Coito and Albert Kessler. You realize that your participation could involve a small risk of injury. Furthermore, you confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in the activities provided in this retreat and that neither Ana Coito nor Albert Kessler are responsible for any injuries or losses incurred whilst at the retreat, after the retreat, or during the transfer.
If you suffer from any health conditions including but not limited to the following, you confirm that you have either consulted with a doctor before participating in the retreat or you are accepting full responsibility for your own health and you acknowledge the risk involved.
Bone or joint or back problem/pain; high or low blood pressure; surgery or recent injury; Diabetes or any other metabolic disease; raised cholesterol; heart condition; cancer; pain in the chest when doing physical exercise; unusual shortness of breath at rest or with mild exertion; pregnant; spells of severe dizziness or have lost consciousness; Epilepsy; angina.
By booking a retreat with us you agree to be bound by and adhere to all policies and rules.
